Mark your calendars for May 15–18, 2025, and join us in Vancouver, Canada, for the 2025 Gathering of Pilgrims. Co-hosted by the Canadian Company of Pilgrims and American Pilgrims on the Camino This event is your chance to connect with Camino enthusiasts, share stories, and immerse yourself in the spirit of the Camino.
Whether you’re a seasoned peregrino or dreaming of your first Camino, this Gathering is for you! Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to celebrate the Camino spirit, build lasting connections, and leave inspired for your next adventure.

Registration Opens: January 11, 2025, at 12 PM EST, 11 AM CST, 9 AM PST
What’s Included?
Your Full Registration covers everything you need for an unforgettable experience:
- Access to plenary and breakout sessions featuring Camino experts and inspiring speakers.
- Evening entertainment showcasing music, storytelling, and theatrical performances that celebrate the Camino spirit.
- All meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast.
- Comfortable lodging options, ranging from suite-style accommodations to hotel-style rooms with private baths.
- Networking and community-building opportunities with pilgrims from across North America and beyond.
Commuter Registration options are also available for those staying off-campus.
Accommodation
This year, we’re thrilled to offer:
- Suite-style rooms with four individual sleeping rooms, a shared kitchenette, sitting area, and bathroom—perfect for all-male, all-female, or custom groups.
- Hotel-style rooms with one queen bed and private bath (limited availability).
- A small number of single hotel-style rooms are available with a single supplement fee

Registration opens on January 11, at 12pm EST, when a registration link will be sent to all CCoP Members on our National Newsletter (i.e. Pilgrims Footprints) e-mail list.
Re-subscribe: If you do not currently receive Pilgrim Footprints and wish to re-subscribe to this list, go to the Member Account page, sign in, and follow instructions to re-subscribe, which are immediately above your account information.
